Johnson and Powell supply Tata Steel sourced mild steel along with in-house processing services including cut-to-length sheets, slit coils, blanks and plate cutting.
2. Quotations and Orders
All quotations are provided subject to material availability and processing capacity at the time of order. Quotes are typically valid for a limited period due to fluctuations in steel pricing and supply conditions.
Orders are only confirmed once accepted by Johnson and Powell and may be subject to lead times depending on specification and workload.
3. Steel Supply and Processing
We supply galvanised, cold rolled, hot rolled and pickled & oiled mild steel. Processing services may include guillotining, hole punching, slit coils and precision cut blanks.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all specifications, dimensions and tolerances provided are accurate prior to production commencing.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market conditions and order volume. Payment terms will be confirmed at quotation stage.
Late payments may result in delayed deliveries, suspension of future orders or additional charges where applicable.
5. Delivery and Collection
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on production schedules and logistics. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery or collection unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customers must ensure suitable unloading facilities are available where delivery is arranged.
6. Returns and Claims
Any discrepancies, damage or issues must be reported promptly upon receipt of goods. Claims relating to processing or material must be raised within a reasonable timeframe so they can be investigated.
Processed or customised steel may not be eligible for return unless agreed in advance.
7. Confidentiality
Johnson and Powell work within competitive industrial sectors and respect customer confidentiality. Client information, drawings and specifications are handled with discretion and are not shared publicly.
